What Causes Positive Result In Pregnancy Test After Abortion?

hi.please can help me.i had an suction abortion 4 weeks ago followed by light bleeding for three weeks but now the bleeding has stopped and there is whitish discharge and a bit of spotting.i also did pregnancy test and its still positive.i didnot have sex after my abortion and till now.wat might this be.is it normal?
