What Causes Pounding And Throbbing Pain In The Head?

Hi, i am 25 female, the right side of my head feels like it's throbbing or pounding and i can feel my vein (I believe) pulsating all over my body (neck, back, hands, thighs). I am really worried about this have been having this problem for a month now, also have been a bit stressed (a close person to me died).
