What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms After Stopped Taking Birth Control Pill?

I got the implanon in 8 months ago, my period was constant so my OBGYN prescribed me to the birth control pill to regulate my period. My period was regulated and i stopped taking it 2 weeks ago. Im experiencing pregnancy symtoms. Could i be pregnant because i stopped taking the pill 2 weeks ago?
