What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms And Negative HPT While Having PCOS?

i am having most of the symptoms of pregnancy, fatigue, missed period, belly getting bigger, people tell me im glowing, breast bigger, frequent urination, some spotting but very dark, dizziness, nausea, and alot of hiccups. I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovarian syndrome earlier in the year. and my home pregnancy test said negative. can i still be pregnant?
