What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms Inspite Of Taking Gaenocosid Tablets?

I needed advise from a gyno... i did a pregnancy test which was positive. i wasnt expecting to conceive. I was given gaenacosid tabs to use and was told in 3-6 days i will start my mensus. its 9 days today and i feel worse than ever nauseous, no appetite like i am still pregnant. should i see a doctor
