What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms While HPT Is Negative?

Hi I have had pregnancy symptoms all week, two days of heavy bleeding and now a strong pulsing below my rib cage. Three negative pregnancy tests (on contraceptive implanon nxt for almost two years) I feel very pregnant but the results say otherwise. Is there anything else that would be causing these symptoms?
