What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms While UPT Is Negative?

hi I've been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for 3 months now but i got my period all 3 months, in january my period was two days early but now my breast are sore, itchy nipples, abdominal pain, dizzy( almost fainted many times), nauseous, very gassy hungry a lot. I did 2 hpt but both came back neg. I feel these symptoms everyday, I have an appointed with my gyn march 1 but i just need to know what is wrong with me asap. Thank You
