What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms While Having Mirena IUD?

I have had the mirena IUD for almost a year. My question is why do i have pregnancy symptoms ? I get head aches, nausea, lose of appetite, weight loss, light headed, fatigue, and the weirdest symptom I feel fluttering(baby movements) like when i was pregnant.
