What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms While On Depo Shot?

Hi I m on the depo shot and I took both test the pee test and blood to see if im pregnant and they was negative can it be possible it s because of this hook effect it s not showing because I have all sytomes of being pregnant and i was never late taking the depo shot?
