What Causes Pregnancy Symptoms With Negative UPT While Having Low BP?

Hi I am 4 days late for my period and I feel all the symptoms of pregnancy but the tests are negative. I have extremely low blood pressure and I heard that can affect my hcg levels and make them rise at a slower rate. is this true? could I be pregnant and not know it yet?
