What Causes Pregnancy Test Positive After 5 Weeks Of Abortion?

I had an abortion 5 weeks ago. I didn't have any symptoms immediately after the procedure. I am experiencing pregnancy symptoms such as fatigue, frequent urination, extremely tender nipples and full breasts. If I take a pregnancy test now and it is positive, would it be accurate?
