What Causes Premature Ejaculation Along With Watery Semen Discharge?

Hello Doctor this is naresh My problem is i cant able to sex with my wife more than 5 min and also my sperms are so watery im in fear is that possible to make my wife pregnant and also my sperms are not staying inside vergina its all coming out side after sex.
