What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Hey Doctor... from last month i am noticing that my penis is not erecting properly n i am having pre ejaculation...plus due to lot of work load and tension and depression my sex life is very much disturbed n now i have become a chain smoker....what could it be either the arteries are blocked or what that the the blood flow is weak
