What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Hi Doctor,

My name is Kunal and I am 26 Years old.



Last year I got married and everything was running fine. From tha last 3 4 months I am not able to satisfy my wife. I hardly took 5 mins and things got over while doing sex. Me and my wife is not satisfying with this. Even I feel ashamed of it that I am not able to do anything.

As soon as I start doing sex, in few mins I reached to last phase.



Please doctor advice me what to do so that I can increase my sex time.
