What Causes Premature Greying Of Hair?

hello doctors

i have a big problem of grey hair...i'm 22 n i have lot of grey hairs at very small age...i used 2 eat soyabins frm last 2 yrs to solve this problem bt it's nt cured yet at all...even the problem's getting increased day by day...

so plz suggest me the easy n fast sollution and prescribe me the medicine for this
