What Causes Presence Of Protein And RBC In Urine?

I have 30 protein and 3-10 rbc in my urine the doctor I had did a horrible examination. I think I have a kidney infection but they pushed me out the door so fast and no one has explained my test results. Lipase was a 14. They gave me cipro and sent me home. I m just worried it wasn t taken serious and I need a second opinion. my lower back hurts so much I can barely stand upright. I can pee a little better today.
