What Causes Pressure And Burning In Throat While Having COPD, IBS And GERD?

pressure and burning pain just below collarbone in throat...have had one stint....female 60 years old. Also have copd, gastroparesis, ibs, gerd, stint put in 2007 or so. I d rate it right now at about a 3, but it gets worse walking and upon excertion
