What Causes Pressure And Pain In Ears After A Concussion?

Ive been diagnosed with a concussion. They didnt say what grade. I hit the back of my head and mostly got my neck and some of the left side right behind my ear. Its been five days and each day has gotten worse with symptoms. I am now starting to feel pressure in my left temporal area and my ear is starting to hurt. Is this cause for concern?
