What Causes Pressure And Tingling Sensations On Head?

I've been getting head pressure tingling sensations on the top of my skull and the back. It's been happening daily for the past 2 weeks now. I went to see the doctor yesterday took some neck and shoulder x Rays thinking it is nerve related from my neck but came out negative. My next test is coming up I'm going for a brain CT scan. I'm a 37 year old female with no medical history.. What could this be ? I get really anxious when the pressure hits me like a panic attack . ( I've had a few panic attaks in the past but never involving my head) it mostly consisted of shortness of breath and heart palpitation numbness feeling.. I don't know what's wrong with me .. Please help any advise will be greatly appreciated ...
