What Causes Pressure Around Nose While Chewing After Having Upper Jaw Surgery?

hello i had upper jaw surgery around three weeks ago , i do not have any pain but when i chew food by right side there is lots of pressure around my nose which i dont have this problem on left side also sometimes i feel click on right side just around the plates . could you give me some advice please . thank you kamran
