What Causes Pressure During Urination Along With Blood In Urine?

When I urinate when im done I feel pressure but urine color normallast week I had a bad pain on Wednesday and there was a little blood tinged but by Thursday the tinging pretty much quit now and I go bathroom its not continual but I have pressure when it is empty
