What Causes Pressure Feeling Due To Intercourse After Partial Hysterectomy?

Okay, I made a stupid mistake but couldnt help it. I had sex on Monday and I am having some pressure feeling and feels like I might have UTI.... I had my partial hyscteomosy on Feb 10th... I know my doctor told me not to have sex for 6 weeks... on Monday I couldnt help it. I am also having some pressure on both sides. I called the doctor office and she is booked today and told me to go to ER... I dont want to waste my time going to ER. Please let me know. Thanks
