What Causes Pressure Feeling In Nose And Ears?

Hi Doc My daughter has facial pressures for last two months .pressure is on nose , ear back neck and fore head . doc did her MRI , but it is normal she does not have sinus . she had decayed tooth for last 2 years that she got extracted last week . but pressure is still there . she is really miserable , what can be the cause. pls help me.
