What Causes Pressure In Bladder Post Bladder Prolapse Surgery?

I have had surgery about 2 years ago for bladder prolapse. I am feeling a dropping or pressure of the bladder again. I also had my uterus removed at that time. No sling was used, just sutures to lift the bladder into position again. what are the symptoms that I should be aware of......I really should consult my Dr. again, right?
