What Causes Pressure In Bladder With Normal Test Results?

hi,I am suffering from urine problem since 14 years, my urethra tube becomes narrow during flowing or discharging of urine, after every 20 minute i feel urine pressure in bladder, am 36 years old, Prostate glands are normal and no stone showing in ultrasound... please tell me treatment of my problem.
