What Causes Pressure In Breasts While Blowing Nose?

I recently encountered a woman getting over the flu and her children who also had it. The very next day, I had a tickle in my throat which was followed by a persistent cough, sore throat, hoarseness and queasiness overall. I have self-medicated with Theraflu and apple cider vinegar mixed with lemon and honey. My body began to get rid of the phlegm so I began blowing my nose and coughing more frequently, especially overnight while trying to sleep. A few times while blowing my nose, I felt intense pressure (pain) flowing through my breasts as I blew my nose. It was very similar to the sensation a woman gets when her milk comes in. What is that? What should I do about it? Which specialist should I be seen by?
