What Causes Pressure In Chest Along With Dizziness?

I am a 32 year old male, I have been having acidity and gas problems from many years which has been increased now, nowadays I feel a pressure like in the chest area and feel very umcomfortable breathing and have dizziness whole day and feel week also breathing seems stressed and not smooth like before. Throat is always irritated with itching and it always seems like cough is there in throat and mucus develops and blocks nose. I have been having different kind of acidity medicines which only helps temporary when taken. I have been doing salt water gargle but it dos not help the throat. Please help me to solve the issue permanently
