What Causes Pressure In Chest Along With Shivering?

I am having anxious and pressure in my chest and also shaky. My blood pressure at 7:00pm was 141/92 and pulse was 86 beats a min. Now my blood pressure is 125/80 pulse 71. Should I be concerned and breaking out in out flashes. Am I headed for a heart attack?
