What Causes Pressure In Chest When Suffering From Prolapsed Mitral Valve?

Hi, I am a 52 year old female with prolapsing mitral valve with regurgitation. For a few months I ve been having days where I ve got a tightness/pressure in my chest. It s worst on days when I haven t slept well. I ve noticed and increased heart rate and shortness of breath for about 6 months. My other long terms problems have been extreme anxiety, pain in shoulders and migraine headaches, confusion and I m an engineer who can t remember most of my training. When under stress I throw up. And for about 6 months I had a spot on my gum that was bleeding when I brushed. I m worried.
