What Causes Pressure In Ear With Constant Ringing Sound?

Hi my name is Alma Kabbani i got tinnitus a few years ago for a month with pressure in the ears and it disappeared by itself, and i just got it back now and its annoying me its the sound of a mosquito in one ear and a constant whisteling sound. I am taking a muscle relaxant, an anti depressant, gincosan (with ginco biloba), and eardrops for the pressure. please tell me what i should do i know i have to live with it but its very hard. I can live normally except when i want to sleep i hear all these sounds loudly. is there anything specific i should do for it to disappear again and never come back. please get back to me ASAP
