What Causes Pressure In Ears Despite Having Treatment For Concussion?

I fell down a flight of stairs 2 weeks ago. I have several broken bones in my face, concussion, memory problems and am seeing different doctors. I still have alot of pressure in my ears and some drainage. I was told not to use any kind of drops in my ears and to let them drain naturally. So, that is what I have been doing. Is there any thing I can take to help with the pressure?
