What Causes Pressure In Ears With Pain In Jaws While Recovering From Bronchitis?

I had bronchitis 2 weeks ago, the day after diagnosed my ears started making a crunchy noise . Felt like it was behind ear drum. I started amoxicillin 500mg 6 days ago. A few days ago I started having pain in the very back of both jaws only when moving them side to side. I also feel like there is still some pressure between my ears.
