What Causes Pressure In Face And Feeling Of Air Bubbles Trapped In Sinus?

Hi I m currently taking antibiotics for a sinus infection... I started feeling better after a few days... But now I developed a lot of pressure in my face and feel as if there were air bubbles trapped in my sinus... The pressure increases when I change position. What can I do about that
