What Causes Pressure In Head After A Head Injury?

I hit my head upon exiting my vehicle the other day.I was in a lot of pain which slightly subsided later that day. It's been three days and now I feel a lot of pressure in my head in the area of the injury, which is the top of my head. I've taken two Advil and it helps but comes back. What should I do?Thanks Again
