What Causes Pressure In Head Along With Cough And Congestion In Chest?

My husband has had pressure in his head when he bends over for about 4 weeks.
He has a cough and some congestion but the pressure in his head won't seem to go away.
He mostly like to take akla-selser plus for his cold symptoms. What is causing the pressure?
