What Causes Pressure In Head Along With Disorientation?

Hi- I was pulling some cans off a shelf at work today and one slipped and hit me on the upper part of my forehead. It was about 6 inches above me I d say. I was disoriented and fuzzy after that, and I feel better now, but it still hurts, and still feel a little weird and like there s a bit of pressure. Should I be worried or anything? I m reading up all these head injuries and I m freaking out
