What Causes Pressure In Head Along With Sore Neck And Pain In Arm?

Hi I had a bleed last year and was also diagnosed with RCVS. 4 months on and I am suffering from head pressure at the back, very sore neck and pain down right side of my arm and leg. I am awaiting another appointment for scan in next couple of weeks.
