What Causes Pressure In Head And Eyes In The Mornings?

I ve had a lot going on just wondering if it sounds like anything, two months ago I started having really baf headaches all day every day I woke up with them, last up until a week ago, yesterday I started feeling a lot of pressure on the top of my head on the right side went from top of my eye to very back of my head, today I ve also had that pressure an a random sharp pain on the top of my head an my ear has a coldness in it on that side. Also woke up with right arm swollen. Just not sure what to think
