What Causes Pressure In Head With Nausea And Dizziness?

I haven't felt like myself for about a week now. I suddenly get nausous but I haven't threw up. I've had shoulder pain for about a week but this might not be related. Friday i stood up and had lots of flashes and things in my eyes. it lasted about forty minutes. Monday night it did it again but only lasted about twenty minutes and I woke up about 4 am Yesterday with a headache. I went to the eye doctor, He said everything looked good in my eyes and thought it might be ocular migraines. Today I still have pressure in my head and have felt nausous and light headed all day. My legs also go to sleep a lot but they have done that for probably close to year by a lot i mean several times a day. I go back to the eye doctor in two weeks for a normal exam for a new perscription he said that might help. Should I go to medical doctor or wait until I get new glasses?
