What Causes Pressure In Lower Abdomen Along With The Feeling Of Bloating?

I have a pressure in my lower left abdomen, a need to constantly urinate yet very little comes out a bloated "full" feeling, it looks like my whole stomach is swollen it is sticking out so far (I look pregnant ) but I know I 'm not because I have not had a regular period in a few years, last time I had sex it was painful, I have a feeling of overall fatigue, my lower left back hurts as well, like right where my kidney would be and I feel nauseated most of the time. What do you think it sounds like? Ovarian cysts run in my family?
