What Causes Pressure In Lower Right Abdomen?

Hi, Im a 23 year old, female, mother of one. I have been experiencing extreme pressure in my lower right abdomen for the last 10 days and now it has gotten quiet extreme. Today it felt almost like pain. It felt as though though the pain was going from my hip down to my vagina. Any help or advice you could give would be greatly apprecited
