What Causes Pressure In My Head,neck And Shoulders?

i just got out of the hospital and had a central line removed when i got out. Since then i have been feeling a pressure feeling in my head during the day but it gets worse when i lay down. Its worse when i lay down at night or even when i put my head down. I feel it in my neck and sometimes on my sholders the pressure feeling. What could it be? Could it be related to the cnetral venous line?
