What Causes Pressure In Pelvic Region Post Withdrawal From Progesterone Suppositories?

Hi, my husband and I did in vitro for the first time last month. We got a negative blood test on the 27th of March so my doctor said to stop the progesterone and I started my period on the 29th. Ever since my pelvis area has been very tender especially towards any pressure and it feels like the pain is my ovaries. Should I be worried? What could cause this pain?
