What Causes Pressure In The Right Arm?

Hi there, this past week I ve felt a lot of pressure in my right arm. Today it has turned into a mild ache and now the tips of my fingers have become swollen and warm. I have also noticed recently a lot of red dots like broken blood capillaries are appearing on my arms and hands. Is this something I should be worried about?
