What Causes Pressure In Upper Abdomen Along With Shortness Of Breath?

I have had a U/S CT Scan EGD Hida Scan and a gastric empyting study done and everything comes back okay. But I have had the same symptoms since last September pressure or fullness at the bottom of my diaphram making it hard to take a deep breathe. I have it all times or the day & nights have taken Prontonix and it does not help
