What Causes Pressure On Left Side Of Head Along With Pulsations?

Hello doctor I have been having pressure on the left side of my head right above my ear it feels like a pulsating feeling with pressure it seems to get better with rest I have had this since October of last year and I do not know if my damaged tooth was the cause but it has been removed because it was damaged and broke what could be the cause of this pulsating pressure on the side of my head?
