What Causes Pressure On Right Ovary And Mild Cramping In The Center Of Lower Abdomen?

Hello, I have had lapro-scoptic surgery a month and a half ago for my level 2 endeometreosis. I was able to try natural conception, in which I know I had ovulated 1 week ago. I am having pressure on my right ovary, and the past two days I have had mild cramping in the center of my lower abnomine. Is this a early sign of pregnancy?
