What Causes Pressure Pain Around Eye Inspite Of Taking Ibuprofen?

I have a pressure pain around my right eye only that feels like its bruised and teeth are bothering me on right side on top. No stuffy nose though. It have been going on for past 3 days. Ibuprofen helps but usually pain returns next day. I have had a dry cough that lasted for about 2 to 3 weeks but that ended a week ago. Wondering what could be going on
