What Causes Pricking Feeling In Neck Post Eating Bony Fish?

Hi. Everytime I bow down and swallow,I feel something prickS my internal neck. Last few days it started when I had eaten bony fish but that was like 2 weeks already. I already swallowed a lot of ungrined rice with water but nothing's happened. They say it might be that fish bone was already gone ,removed but it left laceration. WHAT WILL I DO. PLEASE HELP.
