What Causes Pricking Sensation All Over The Body?

Hi, I'm a 35 year old female married. since 3 yrs ago my relationship with my husband imarked by disputes and tention. since 2 months I started to feel slight feeling of pricking all over my body but strong or concentrated around the neck and all over the chest.

What it could be please? thank you
